As part of the AWS Global Events Creative and Customer experience team, I owned the refresh and launch of the creative program for third-party (3P) events. AWS participates at third-party trade shows and conferences to build brand awareness, demonstrate thought leadership, generate new contacts within key audiences, and engage customers that currently may not be attending AWS-led events. This program supports and funds participation at industry conferences, technology-focused events, and Gartner-sponsored events that align to global product and industry marketing plans.
The current creative program was limited in resources and challenging to reproduce at scale. Working with various stakeholders, I established and gained alignment on the success criteria of the 3P Events creative program.
I defined a creative direction and then built out robust tools and resources that enabled the 3P team and their external partners to implement on-brand, cohesive customer experiences efficiently and at scale.
