Bixby Land Company, a developer focused on land development, vertical construction, inventive redevelopment, and investment management, purchased the CDK plaza and adjacent Marquam Building to transform the 250,000-square-feet into a dynamic and energized office campus that meets the needs of a progressive workforce.

The transformation is visible with bold moves like the pixilated window glass patterns and brightly colored walkways. The redesign includes a rebrand and improvements to the lobbies, corridors, parking garage entryways, and signage. 

The outdoor gathering area is the focal point for the project, designed with warm IPE wood accents and custom benches, casual seating and dining areas, and framed with lush, eco-friendly landscaping.
