Cincinnati Children’s, a nonprofit academic medical center established

in 1883, is one of the oldest and most distinguished pediatric hospitals in the United States.

 

Motivated by the vision to be a leader in improving child health, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital was in the process of developing a

new strategic plan, with the key goal of dramatically improving their healthcare delivery system. 

 

This included looking at all medical facilities and redefining the user experience - focusing on patients and their families as well as employees.

With multiple facilities focused on providing Clinical Services,

Education & Training, Research or a combination of, we began working with CCHMC to redefine the patient and family experience.

We developed the experience starting with Liberty Campus, developed guidelines, and then implemented the new brand/space guidelines out for multiple clinics and buildings across the Burnett Campus.
