Amazon’s interior signage program was outdated—the online retailer has evolved substantially over the past decade—impacting everything. Different aspects of the business have changed incrementally, while other aspects have been completely revamped. Since the initial launch, the interior signage program has remained the same and was no longer on-brand or scalable in manufacturing and maintenance.

Through a global audit and analysis, the team was able to identify clear success criteria and deliver a design that was evolutionary, future-proof, on-brand, accessible, and globally scalable.
