Building a non-brand branded experience.

From start-up to being the most influential force in digital transformation, the growth of this online retailer left many other aspects of the business in the dust - like real estate, operations, and brand. 

 

The opportunity and need quickly became very clear – create a powerful narrative that unifies the company’s real estate portfolio around the world; creating a consistent and cohesive workplace experience that is not just functional, but inspiring and engaging.

Under my leadership the EGD team at IA designed and delivered over 60 workplaces worldwide, ranging in size from 4,000 to 707,000 square feet.

 

In 2017 I was invited to speak at the SEGD Wayfinding Workshop in Boston about my experience growing and managing an EGD practice for this client.
