This city block – comprised of three 100-year old buildings and utilitarian alleyways – is undergoing a transformation into a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood hub featuring retail, restaurant, office and residential components. The project’s signature feature is the activated alleyways re-envisioned as a bustling retail and dining destination.
The brand identity serves as the introduction to the market, helping to establish recognition, credibility and differentiation of its customer experience. The identity is applied throughout the site; across signage and wayfinding, place-making and interiors, creating an inviting sense of place that is unique to Railspur.
