Building a non-brand branded experience.

As the account lead for Amazon, I developed an approach, content and visual framework, and tools, and resources. This enabled design teams across the firm to deliver workplace experiences that translate Amazon’s business and culture (brand!) into a spatial experience that is not only functional but inspiring and engaging.

During my tenure, I delivered over 70 Amazon offices. The projects, ranging in size—from a single feature in an existing office of 4,000 square feet to new construction office towers over 30 floors and 700,000 square feet—required strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and 
endless creativity.

 

In 2017 I was invited to speak at the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD) Wayfinding Conference in Boston about my experience growing and managing IA’s EGD practice to serve this client relationship.
